How to Dribble, Shoot… and Fly on Wings like Eagles

 

Sometimes life is a face plant. It feels as though you just can’t seem to get back on your feet before the next epic fall occurs.

Sometimes you’re fighting just to hold onto what you’ve got.

But, eventually that moment comes where you catch a glimpse of hope…

and it gives you the renewed fuel to get back up, dust off your pants, and plant your smile firmly back on your face.

One step in front of the other leading you to the next moment. The moment where God will lift you up to fly on wings like eagles. Where you will not grow weary.

Take in the moment.

Absorb it.

Breathe it in.

Bask in the delight of it.

And never forget that on the other side of the face plant, you WILL fly again.

Believe it and claim it.

It is His promise!

 

Even youths will become weak and tired,

and young men will fall in exhaustion.

But those who trust in the LORD will find new strength.

They will soar high on wings like eagles.

They will run and not grow weary.

They will walk and not faint.
