For those who attended our first retreat last fall, you’ll find many of the elements you loved from our last gathering, plus some exciting new additions that I can’t wait to share with you!
What’s new this spring:
- Fresh perspectives from some amazing new speakers and teachers
- Create your own prayer journal (Remember the Hope Jar? It was even fun for the not-so-crafty ones!)
- Mini massage sessions for extra relaxation (*additional fee)
- And a few more surprises I’m keeping up my sleeve

A Few Extra Notes:
- We’re looking for businesses to contribute to our Hope Swag Bags. The bags are gifted to each woman attending and filled with a variety of items that will bless and pamper them. (you remember those goodies from last time!). If you are aware of or connected to any Christian businesses, ministries, or individuals that might want to advertise through product donations, please send them my way.
- Some generous hearts helped make that possible for women who might not have been able to attend otherwise. If you feel led to “pay it forward” this time, simply send me a quick email or text, and donate whatever amount speaks to your heart.

Meet Lori
As a Life and Mental Health Coach, writer, speaker, teacher, and creator, Lori Schumaker gently guides others toward unveiling their hope, healing their hearts, and moving forward with confidence. Her own journey through the pain of abortion, and the subsequent cycle of shame and insecurity that followed, left her feeling shattered and unable to move forward. Yet, anchored by her faith in Christ and armed with practical strategies, Lori has found strength and redemption. The adversities that once sent her spiraling are now her testimony to the power of Jesus.

She is also a wife, adoptive, biological, and special needs mom who longs to reflect her Creator’s love. Her commitment to sharing God’s hope and love is evident in her life and work, making her a source of inspiration for many.
She is joined by a team of amazing women who profoundly love Jesus and others. Together they are designing a space for you to rest, feel loved and valued, encounter the Holy Spirit, and unveil your hope. Without them, this retreat would not be possible!
